Downloaded Images Not viewing properly

Hi All,

I need to download an image in the dashboard. I checked in other versions of Qlik sense, I can right click a report and download as Image. I can open & view the image.

But, In Qlik Sense April 2020 version 13.72.3,  I can click a report and export as image. The image gets downloaded and when I open it shows just 4 colors.(Sample pic attached)

Can anyone help me on sorting this issue..

Hi All,

The issue got sorted. I restarted all the services and checked it. It's working
