Drag and Drop not working, any alternative to set sheet order?

I dunno why i can't drag and drop sheet where i wanna drop it, it just don't follow the mouse as expected, is there any unbugged way to set sheet order?

I've refreshed the webpage and cleared cache and keeps without dragging.
