Drill to Detail on Measure in Pivot?

Is there a way to click on a measure in a pivot (or straight table), so it will return the detail (i.e.,open a detail table) that is represented by the column and rows. For instance, if my column is gender, and row is a line of business, the business user would like to click a specific value (e.g., total counts of Females in Finance organization, or total counts of Males in Sales) and return only those detailed rows in an employee table that match the column and row represented by the measure. e.g., the way excel pivot would when you double click a value in a pivot.

Thanks
