Dynamic View qlik sense

I have a dynamic view in my app, that will start automatically refreshing when I open the app as shown below. 

I wanted the refresh to start only after I make a selection for the  bind fields. Is that possible to control the initial refresh of the dynamic view?

And also do you know why the constraint shows as none, what is the way to enable the constraints?

if you create a dynamic view, then you have to do this:

And you could put an action to an sheet, then it first makes an selection

I think you are mentioning about row limit, but that is not helping with stale the initial refresh.
