@HKN1  Please try the below steps:

Clear Browser Cache:

• Open your web browser and access the settings or options menu.
• Look for the option to clear browsing data or cache.
• Select the appropriate time range (e.g., "All time") and check the box for "Cached images and files" or similar option.
• Click on the clear data or clear browsing data button to clear the cache.
• Restart your browser and try accessing the application again.

Try Incognito Mode (or Private Browsing):
Try with a Different Browser:

can you please verify if it is possible to successfully create an ODBC System DSN connection via Google BigQuery ODBC driver (https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/odbc-jdbc-drivers) on the same impacted Qlik Sense server? If you do not have the drivers, you need to install with this link https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/odbc-jdbc-drivers

This test will help us understand whether the ODBC connection works outside the Qlik Connector on the same server.
