We do not have conditional dimension or expression feature in Qlik Sense.

You can use Ad-On in chart properties but would not hide/show the column like we had in Qlik View.

You can try below extension...

This would show or hide charts bot not columns.

Or use Climber Ad-Hoc or Self reporting extension.
