Error in Excel Add-Ins

Hi there,

I have followed this instruction (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Reporting/excel-add-in-i...) , however, I am getting the following error after implementing excel add-ins installation.
