May be this:

Sum({$<verification_status = {"VC"}>} so_net_amount)/Sum({$<verification_status = {"VC"}>} TOTAL so_net_amount)

or this:

Sum({$<verification_status = {"VC"}>} so_net_amount)/Sum(so_net_amount)
