A user is facing the below issue:

A Qlik sense embed code is not working, it is not working in the HTML iframe; the following error message displays:

ErrorCode.16 translates into "Connection lost. Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly. If your session has timed out due to inactivity, refresh to continue working."

Could you please provide a technical support to resolve this issue?

Hi 

If all checks suggested by links provided by @jcampbell  are not working try: 

1) user to use Log Off and Log On again. 

2) check your Load Balancing rules for conditions that could exclude the app from one of the Engines balanced by the Virtual Proxy used.
