We are accessing QlikSense September 2017 (qliksense server 11.14.3) through Mozilla Firefox on our test server.
For all our charts, when we roll the cursor to the top right of the chart we usually see a menu option with options for ‘Exploration menu’, ‘Expand to Full Screen Mode’ etc.
However, sometimes these options are unavailable. This issue is intermittent and when unavailable, we cannot expand any of our charts to full-screen mode.
Please see screenshot below of the expand icon we are inquiring about. Has anyone faced a similar issue and is there any potential fix for this?
Any solution to this issue? We too are facing same issue. The full screen option sometimes come and sometimes dont. Checked on several browsers, but all the browsers get same issue at times

If we restart the system and then open the Qlik app, we can see the expand button. So everytime we see this issue, we restart the system. But I dont think its the permanent solution.
You can find those icons by right-clicking the chart
