Export chart to PDF

Hi, I'm trying to export a simple bar chart to Pdf, but I'm getting the following error:

"An error occurred during export. Please try again"

I've tried to read the log, but I did'nt find any entry for this error

I think all is due to the security rules we implemented, and here is my question:

which are the "resource filters" involved while trying to export the chart as pdf?

Can you post a screenshot? It happens with more than one browser?

No Carlos,

no entry in the log.

The problem is probably due to the unreachable port of the qlik printing service.

We are investigating further.

Have you tried the same operation on the server? There you should have no problem with firewalls and similar..

Quick update: we found that the problem occours when is configured a Virtual Proxy with a prefix, and we try to access Qlik Sense through that virtual proxy.


@Carlos: the environment is on Qlik Sense Server.


I'll let you when we have news.

The problem occours when the prefix in the Virtual Proxy contains capital letters.

In that case the qlik print service fail.

Changing the prefix solve the issue.

I'm getting the same problem. My Proxy Prefix field is empty.

Any ideias?
