Export chart to PDF

Hi, I'm trying to export a simple bar chart to Pdf, but I'm getting the following error:

"An error occurred during export. Please try again"

I've tried to read the log, but I did'nt find any entry for this error

I think all is due to the security rules we implemented, and here is my question:

which are the "resource filters" involved while trying to export the chart as pdf?

Yeas, but I don't know how to say wich was "the corretion", I'll describe what i've made: 

• I've Updated the Windows Server;
• I've Updated the Qlik Sense version to the latest version/release;
• I've Updated WCF Services (.NET);
• I've increased the max upload size, accordind this post: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000074966  (I believe this was the solution).

Let me know if this works for you.
