Export including totals fails for imported QVF table objects from Qlik Sense Enterprise to Qlik Cloud

We can successfully export the table data to Excel. However, selecting Export including totals fails with the message "Something went wrong. Please try again." The totals row is correctly displayed in the visualization. The table that I use in QS Enterprise is the new model of table that accept Cloud (Simple Table). If we recreate the same table in Qlik Cloud (creating a new table, or simply converting the table to the same type in Cloud), Export including totals works as expected.

Hi

This behavior is expected for some migrated visualizations. Although the imported table displays the totals correctly and supports a standard Excel export, the "Export including totals" functionality may fail for table objects that were originally created in Qlik Sense Enterprise and then migrated to Qlik Cloud.

Since recreating the table directly in Qlik Cloud (or converting it to a native Cloud table) resolves the issue, it suggests that the problem is related to the metadata of the migrated visualization rather than the data or expressions themselves.

Try below

Test with a simplified version of the table (fewer dimensions/measures) to rule out expression-related issues.

If the issue persists only for migrated objects, open a support case with Qlik and provide the app ID, object ID, and browser console logs. This will help determine whether the behavior is due to a known defect affecting migrated visualizations
