Export to PDF and Export to Image on Qliksense Server

HI,

I am using Qliksense SErver 13.32.3 Jun 2019 .

When I try I to export the Object to Image I get an error as attached, and when I try to export it to PDF it returns a blank Pdf File.

Can someone help me on this issue.
