Export unapproved community sheets(diff owner)from Dev environment and import it in Test environment

Export unapproved community sheets(diff owner)from Dev environment and import it in Test environment. 

When I am moving the app from Dev to Test, only the public sheet gets moved (export and import) and not the community sheets. The community sheets are unapproved and have been created by someone else. Can someone help me telling the procedure of how to move these community sheets. Please help. Thanks.

Note : I don't have access to the Dev server files.

did anyone of you find any solution or workaround for importing of community sheet to test environment.

facing the same issue at my end.
