FOLDER NOT FOUND

Hi Qlik Sense Team,

 

How can I add or see this folder? Currently, I can see it in our dev environment but in the PROD environment, the folder is not seen. Not only with the service account but also with other users. 

See the attached screenshot for reference.

it may be a problem with the user permissions.

I agree with @Fabiano_Martino_Intelco   , 

"When creating the Folder Data Connection, access the file system is granted to the service account running the Qlik Sense services, not the end-user that has access to the specific Folder Data Connection."
