Filter pane in mashup displaying filter options on top of page

Hey Experts,

I am creating a mashup and I am using 2 filters panes. The filter panes can be seen when the users scrolls down a bit. However, when they click on the filter, the options appear on the top of the page. Any idea how I can fix this?
