Filter "contains" using Button Click

Hi,

I am trying to utilize the button feature to filter for values containing a specific text. I have been successful in utilizing "Select Values in a Field" when the text is a direct match to the value, but is there a way to filter for values that "contains text". 

For example, I am trying to filter the field "Diagnosis Description", and I want to pull in all diagnoses that contain the word "Diabetes".

That worked! Thank you!  any ideas on how to do this for multiple search items?  I am trying to filter for a few different diagnosis codes.  I tried: ='*i60*;*i61*;*i63*' and it didn't work unfortunately.
