Firewall issue to view dashboard

Hi,

I created a dashboard and gave a user access token for another person to see it. While viewing that dashboard form his computer he got message connection was refused. When he changed his firewall settings he was able to see the dashboard. I dont want this to happen again for any other users. Is there a solution for this?
