Force Value to appear in field

Dear experts,

I need to force the value 'FI' to appear in the field Tarifa_Vuelo even when it doesn't have data for the dates selected.

That value should appear with a sum of 0.

Is there any way to make it happen?

I solved the problema creating a table with Valuelist()
