Format (bold) specific text in a straight table's cell
Hello!
Has anyone been able to bold specific text in a straight table's cell?
E.g. In the Facts column in the table below, I'd like to bold only the strings 'hello' and 'world'

Lorem hello ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat.
