Formula for Action in Sheet

hi, I have an action on a sheet to select value in a filed with filed being Week number. 

I want it to select Max Week and Max week - 1 from the Maxium Year 

=Num(Max({< [Year] = {'2025'} >} [Week])) - but this formula is not working properly 

I want it to select last week and current week but I have multiple years in the app and I want it to always select max week from max year

I have a Fiscal week and can't select week(today)
