Full-screen and snapshot icons not appearing.

Hello,

I have a client using Qlik Sense on a laptop with Chrome. When she hovers over the upper right of a visualization, the full-screen (arrows icon) and snapshot (camera icon) do not appear. 

The particulars are:

Qlik Sense Nov 2018 Rel 2

Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Screen resolution = 3000 x 2000

No security rules have been created/modified to affect this feature. Everyone else she works with can see the icons.

Any idea why this might be happening to her?

The problem was caused by having touch-screen mode enabled.

The solutions are either to turn off touch-screen or use right-mouse click to make icons appear.

This is because of Laptop configuration change between her laptop and others. If she's using older version laptop than others, she won't be able to see all the options.

Ex: If it's G5 Laptop she can see all the options, if it's G2 Laptop she won't able to see all the options and there will be two scroll bars appears, 1. is at bottom side, 2. is at left side.
