GetFieldSelections () Error in Storytelling

I am experiencing an error when trying to embed dashboard with selected field NAME and values 'A,B,C'.

When I embed the dashboard into storytelling, first the filter shows up in the text box with =getfieldselections(NAME, ' | ', 3)

but then it changes to 'Undefined'

Has anyone experienced the similar issue?

what do you mean at the start

when you created the story ?

i just rechecked a use of the function in story telling and it worked ok
