Getting days of date alternativly

Hi This is siva 

 I would like to get the alternative or some restricted days like dividends of 3 or 4  from day field .

and

how to get dates except satrdays, sundays  and some day offs.

Here my requirement is to display alternative days(like 2,4,6,8,19.....30) in filter pan from day column
