Help with creating table with frequency rows from columns in Excel.

Hey everyone, hopefully you all can help! I am having difficulty with getting a table in this format. Essentially in Excel I have columns with questions dealing with Brand Associations. So Column 1 has answers 1 - 5. Each answer on there associates with a company.

So for example if they answered 1 = Company 1. 2 = Company 2. 3 = Company 3. 4 = Company 4. 5 = Company 5.

I was wanting to make a simple frequency row(s) where it displays the percentage of people that selected 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Hopefully looking something like this : Is there any way to do this?

Hi, Kristen
Can you provide a sample data in Excel for better understanding of your case?
