Horizontal bar chart with markers

Hi All, Our team switched from QV to QS. We had very useful chart (attached) with sales figures for last period, current period and growth rates. Moreover, it had labels for item share of total (in grey). 

I managed to make this chart with vertical bars in QS, but it will be more familiar if we can do it as on picture.

Maybe there is any easy solution that I don`t see.
