How can I achieve the correct visualization in this Gantt chart?

Hi everyone

I´m new to Qlik Sense and have been training myself for the past few weeks in all the basic resources that Qlik has to offer in its desktop version. However I´m currently in need to complete this exercise of Gantt charts and don´t know how to achieve the correct visulization needed. 

This is the Gantt chart that I made, basically what I need is that the bars are placed correctly throughout the chart range according to their measure "Estadia UpTime". I know achieving this is not simple, as values are not purely numerical, instead having letters also...the problem is that I have to use this values mandatory. 

Is there a way to achieve this desired visualization? I would be much appreciated in order to keep learning all resources Qlik has to offer...
