How do I create a table that will display text together with multiple related images?

Hi.

Currently I have this dataset whereby a text with multiple related images is represented multiple times.

If I want to display this text once with all the related images in a table row, how can I do this?

Currently all I can display is multiple rows of the same text together with different image in each row.

Would greatly appreciate any advice on this.
