How to add custom column and custom row in the pivot table

Hi,

I want add Cutsom row and custom column in the pivot table and Table in Qlik Sense. Request you to  support me on my requirement.

Example:

Present Table
Cust/Year-Month	Jun-22	Jul-22
Customer A	150	230
Customer B	200	190

Required Output
Cust/Year-Month	Jun-22	Jul-22	MaxValue
Customer A	150	230	230
Customer B	200	190	200
Difference	-50	-40
