How to avoid error msg pop up when smart phone access my QVF ?

Hi All

When i use my iphone to access the QS , i keep getting this error memory over 100 m , may i know how to avoid it ?

Have you exceeded your Storage Quota ? If exceeded you can avoid this, try to reduce the used space.

‌Yes Sir , i forgotten I have some file at share folder . I just delete and it should work
