How to calculate growth percentage?

Hi, 

I am trying to calculate Growth percentages and did not succeed. Could somebody help me? 

For example in the following table:

How to calculate the growth from units 2020/Units 2019 for example. In percentage.

([units 2020] - [Units 2019]) / [Units 2019]

Thanks, it gaves me the clue! (Sum({<Year={2020}>}[Sales Units])-Sum({<Year={2019}>}[Sales Units]))/Sum({<Year={2019}>}[Sales Units])
