How to change selection bar option lables to Arabic

Dear Team,

Is there a way to update hover over text for the default options in the selctions bar(Clear all selections, Step back, Step forword, Smart Search) in Qlik sense Enterprise Client Managed.

I want to update the highlighted text in the below screenshot to Arabic.
