Hi,

it could be better if you can share some rows example and expected output;

cp = (lts - lti)/6/stdev(your measure)

cpl = (avg(measure) - lti)/3/stdev(measure)

cpu = (lts - avg(measure))/3/stdev(measure)

cpk = rangemin(cpl,cpu)
