How to create button to disable particular fields in filter pane?

I need to create button which will disable some selections from filter panes.

Basically the logic is following.

I have the fct table with all values which looks +/- like this (abstract):

I also have another table which contains the same columns but in this case, only one out of 3 columns can contain value.

I'd like to use second table for my condition in button action so the final result should be following:

grey - disabled.

I'd appreciate any hints 🙂
