Create a "button" (it's a chart type) and set the action to "Reload data".

There doesn't seem to be a reload action to "Reload data" in the version you're using.

Is there any other way?

Searching the forum, it seems only Professional license users can reload apps using front-end buttons. I also saw something about that only the app owner can create a reload button. Here is a thread that might be helpful for you: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Suggest-an-Idea/Availability-for-the-reload-data-action-button-object-...

I have a license
Is the Professional license a different license?
I seem to have all the permissions for the app.

How can I make a button?
Please reply if possible.

The reload data button is missing for me.

Is there any other way to create a reload data button other than this way?
Please reply if possible.
thank you!

It seems that in your Qlik Sense version, November 2020, there is no reload data action for buttons: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/November2020/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Visualizations/Butto...

One option is to upgrade your Qlik Sense environment. Another option is possibly to build, or find, an extension that can do it. I googled and found this rather old extension. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't - I haven't tried it. https://developer.qlik.com/garden/56728f52d1e497241ae69836

Otherwise you may want to consider if you can set a reload schedule that could suit your needs.

I haven't tried those methods myself so unfortunately I don't know how they work.
