How to develop a visual which shows weekly number compared to a monthly number (target)?

I have sales data at day level and forecast at month level.

Using them I want to design a Sales-Forecast performance comparison chart.  I am looking for a way to show the sales at week level (came up with idea to display them at week level and then drill down them to day level) and compare them against the monthly target (which is a single number).

I want to display the forecast number as an horizontal line so that the users can see in which week we achieved the target sales. Alternatively, I can use a Marker to display the monthly target and the horizontal bar chart to display when the target was achieved.

I found some sales-target dashboards on the demo app

https://sense-demo.qlik.com/sso/sense/app/4adbc994-62d5-4227-9372-e13e36fbbd72/sheet/prSxm/state/ana...

and want to tweak them week-month combination instead of only week.

Please guide me how I can do this.

It's logically not possible - weeks and months didn't match with each other.

You may divide the forecast-data to a daily-level within the data-model or you just discard the week-view by comparing the sales against the forecast because it doesn't makes in general much sense.
