How to display who is worst , instead of now display who is better ?

Hi All

Now my chart is show correctly.

I like to change the chart to show who is doing more worst then other.

Now it show who is doing much better then other.

The final result of the chart :-

G1-GT G4-CL G3-SL all Green.

G2-AP G5-RW have red and green.
