How to get Back the Missing MONITORING APPS

Dear All.

I was restarting the services of QLIK. after that when i try to open the Monitoring Apps. (licenses Monitoring and Operations Monitor). It is showing NO SHEETS AVAILABLE. Please help me to get back these Monitoring APPS.
