How to get combo chart through extension

Hi,

I am looking for an extension which gives me a graph like this:

I tried combo chart and bar chart but not able to achieve as-is result.

In this graph i need two dimensions and two measures. Also years should be grouped based on quarters and line graph should not be continuous.

Any help/suggestion?
