How to implement 2 header rows for a table or pivot in qliksense

Hi Team,

we have the below requirement in Qlik sense need your help to achieve this one.Here cont ID is URL when we click on Cont ID values it will navigate to URL path. How to achieve this one? I am using Nov 2018 version so, pivot table don't have the URL option any other alternative approaches to achieve this one
