How to make company bar color have same segment color = Yellow ?

Hi All

I have a bar chart for SEGMENT which have color represent the segment. For example chart 1 Segment = Marine is Yellow color. ( See chart 1 ) .

On Chart 2 The top Bar company name = Marshal Segment = Marine , how to make the color change to Yellow color ? Now it display Blue color .

( Refer to Table 1 , can see that Marshal row 1 segment = Marine.

I have try to add Segment into chart 1 &2 , but only Chart 1 can display Yellow color but not chart 2. where go wrong ?
