How to manually attach GEO qvds to an app's Load Editor in Qlik Sense Enterprise?

Question: How do I manually attach GEO qvds in an app's Load Editor in Qlik Sense Enterprise?

Details:  When I create an app and let Data Manager do the profiling, Qlik attaches all the necessary GEO qvds.  However, I can’t find a way to do that manually myself.  Here are 3 scenarios:

• Screenshot#1 is the existing app and the GEO qvds attached to it.   I can’t see how to add any others to it -- I can only see what Qlik thinks I need.  That's fine for when I'm just using Data Manager and don't need others.  This makes sense.
• Screenshot#2 is a new app I created by letting Data Manager load and profile the data – this process automatically attaches any GEO qvds needed and lists 4.  this makes sense, too.
• Screenshot#3 is a newly created app where I want to do the Load Editor scripting myself – I can’t find any GEO qvds to attach.   When I create an app and do all the Load Editor work from scratch, how to I get the GEO qvd's attached?    I don’t see any available to me when I look in the “Attached files” folder under “Data Connections”.

I’ve googled but haven’t found the answer.  Thank you in advance!
