How to merge new data with old data

Hi Team,

 

Need to display new data instead of world data

Old data:-

 Description Class key Opening Date Closing Date Duration(Days) Status Range Request

I need result like below table 

When i am trying to do Concatenate/Join both are showing old and new data i need to replace old data with new data.

Load * From NewData;

Concatenate

Load * From OldData

Where Not Exists(Key);
