How to prevent upload of Image files onto App / Sheet settings

Hi everyone,

Due to security concerns from my customer, I need to prevent users from uploading an image file through the App / Sheet settings panel - see below:

Is there any security rule that governs this specific function? The normal user would still need to be able to access the app, create new sheets and modify the charts - but he specifically cannot upload the image.

Appreciate any help or guidance on this!
