How to select the data based on fiscal month selection

I have a data slicer that contains fiscal month and fiscal year. My fiscal year is calculating from July to June

Scenario 1: If I select the fiscal month i.e 2017-02. I want to pull the data from July to Feb (as per selection from Data slicer).

Scenario 2: If I select multiple months i.e  2016-10, 2017-02. I want to pull the data in b/w two months

how can I achieve above functionality?
