How to show a measure in a chat based on a condition

Hi,

I am pretty new to Qlik and I am facing the following problem.

I have a table (the one with green rows) which basically helps for a Pareto Analysis. The bottom slider helps me to select the most common problems from that table which are highlighted with green (if the last column value is lower than the slider value they are selected). The last column is calculated using the above value plus the value that represents the frequency of that type of problem (column '% Problemi Riscontrati').

My goal is to show only the highlighted problems in the left chart. Currently it is showing every value and it is not really usable unless you apply some filter.
