How to stop users from editing/creating a sheet in a published app?

Hi there,

How can I stop users from creating their own sheets? It doesn't matter whether this is from copying a base sheet or creating one from scratch.

Our requirement is for them to only consume the published sheets.

Review the security rules.  Recommend would be to disable the existing default rule(s) and create equivalent new rule and customize the actions.
