How to suppress the names in the table

Hi

I want to suppress the names in the straight table.

Requirement is like having 4 columns

SalesPerson, Customer_name, Cost, Gross_Amount

But Sales person is repeating more than once for all the customer

Now I want the output to have group by of Salesperson.

Please help me out in achieving the ouput.

you can use pivot table instead of straight table will resolve your issue.

Hi Vikas,

But in pivot table am unable to give grand total. Table appearance should be some what like fully expanded fashion.

use can use partial sum for grand total

Thanks I have enables show totals under data tab. This serves my purpose.
