How to use QlikTable API and exportData method to export data?

I created a Qlik sense mashup, and would like to export a table on the mashup page.

I refer the following link. I would like to use Qlik Table API, as the data download popup will be blocked if I use another method in following link.

However, I am not sure how to use Qlik Table API.

Could you please give any suggestion or example?
